Overview of Dungeon Floor 1

The Dungeon is one of the most iconic maps in MU Online, split into three floors (1F, 2F and 3F) with increasing difficulty. Floor 1 (1F) is the gateway for players who have already outgrown Lorencia and Noria, offering low-to-mid-level monsters, a steady Zen income and relevant drops for characters still developing their gear.

In MU Online Season 6, Dungeon 1F is reached on foot from Lorencia through the portal located at approximately coordinates (122, 135) in Lorencia — no Zen cost or special item is required to enter.

Nota: The full Dungeon has 3 floors. Floor 1 covers the recommended level range of 15 to 55. Around level 50, Floor 2 starts to offer better EXP per hour, and Floor 3 is reserved for characters above level 80.

Dica: Thunder Lich has the best Jewel drop ratio on Floor 1. If your goal is farming Jewel of Bless and Jewel of Soul, prioritize areas with a high concentration of Thunder Liches — typically in the central-south region of the Floor 1 map.

Best Farm Spots

Dungeon Floor 1 has areas with different monster densities. Identifying the right spot for your class is essential to maximizing EXP per hour and valuable drops.

Spot 1 — Skeleton Corridor (Coordinates ~40–60, 20–50)

Monsters: Skeleton Warrior + Skeleton Archer
Estimated EXP/hour (level 20–30): High
Estimated Zen/hour: Medium
Best for: DK (Slash), DW (Energy Ball), Elf (Multi-Shot)

This corridor has a dense spawn of Skeletons in two parallel rows. The respawn cycle is approximately 30 seconds per group. Ideal for characters between level 15 and 35 who need fast EXP.

Recommended rotation:

Starting position (40, 35)
→ Eliminate north pack (4–6 Skeleton Warriors)
→ Advance to (50, 25) — Skeleton Archer pack
→ Return to (40, 35) — respawn has occurred
→ Repeat cycle

Spot 2 — Spider Room (Coordinates ~70–100, 40–70)

Monsters: Hell Spider (groups of 6–10)
Estimated EXP/hour (level 25–40): Medium-High
Estimated Zen/hour: Medium
Best for: AoE classes — DW (Chain Lightning), Elf (Multi-Shot)

Hell Spiders naturally cluster in closed dungeon rooms, making area sweeps straightforward. Dark Wizard with Energy Ball (minimum ENE of 50 for efficient use) and Elf with Multi-Shot (minimum AGI of 80) are the most efficient classes here.

Spot 3 — Thunder Lich Arena (Coordinates ~110–140, 60–90)

Monsters: Thunder Lich + Poison Bull Fighter
Estimated EXP/hour (level 35–55): High
Estimated Zen/hour: High
Best for: DK with enough defense (DEF > 80), DW (ranged)

This is the most profitable spot on Floor 1 in terms of drops. The Thunder Lich and Poison Bull Fighter combination provides a solid chance of Jewels and level 4–7 items.

Atenção: In Spot 3, Thunder Lich deals magic damage that bypasses part of physical defense. Characters with low VIT (fewer than 50 points allocated) can die quickly. Dark Knight should have HP above 600 before using this spot.

Spot 4 — Dark Knight Patrol (Coordinates ~150–180, 80–110)

Monsters: Dark Knight (mob) — sparser spawn
Estimated EXP/hour (level 45–60): Medium
Estimated Zen/hour: High (best Zen per kill on the floor)
Best for: characters with high damage and solid defense

The Dark Knight (mob) on Floor 1 drops more Zen per kill than any other monster on the floor — an average of 800 to 2,500 Zen per kill depending on server configuration. Spawn is less dense, so EXP per hour is lower, but Zen income is superior.

Class Guide — Dungeon Floor 1

Dark Knight (DK)

Recommended LevelMinimum StatsMain SkillsIdeal Spot
15 – 55STR 80, AGI 30, VIT 40Slash, Twisting SlashSpots 1 and 3

DK should prioritize STR for damage and VIT for survivability. With Twisting Slash unlocked (requires a two-handed weapon and no minimum ENE), area farming in Spot 1 becomes very efficient.

Dark Wizard (DW)

Recommended LevelMinimum StatsMain SkillsIdeal Spot
20 – 55ENE 100, VIT 30Energy Ball, Lightning, Chain LightningSpots 2 and 3

DW uses Chain Lightning (requires ENE 70, level 23) to hit multiple enemies in a chain — ideal for Hell Spider groups. Keep Mana Potions in abundance.

Fairy Elf

Recommended LevelMinimum StatsMain SkillsIdeal Spot
15 – 50AGI 80, ENE 30Multi-Shot, Triple ShotSpots 1 and 2

Elf with Multi-Shot (requires AGI 50, level 15) clears Skeleton groups with ease. Keep your distance and use Recover when Poison Bull Fighters are near allies.

Magic Gladiator (MG)

Recommended LevelMinimum StatsMain SkillsIdeal Spot
50 – 55 (for optimal farm)STR 120, ENE 80Cyclone, Energy BallSpots 3 and 4

MG has no 1st or 2nd Quest requirement, so there are no quest restrictions to access the Dungeon. With Cyclone (melee AoE) combined with Energy Ball, MG is versatile in any spot on Floor 1.

Dark Lord (DL)

Recommended LevelMinimum StatsMain SkillsIdeal Spot
25 – 55STR 80, ENE 60, CMD 30Fireburst, Chaotic DiseierSpots 3 and 4

DL uses the exclusive CMD (Command) stat to empower the Dark Raven pet. On Dungeon 1F, Dark Raven provides bonus damage against all monsters. Fireburst has solid area damage for dense groups.

Summoner

Recommended LevelMinimum StatsMain SkillsIdeal Spot
20 – 55ENE 100, AGI 30, VIT 30Decay, NovaSpots 2 and 3

Summoner is efficient against Poison Bull Fighters with Decay (continuous damage plus weakening). Keep your distance and use Nova for burst damage in groups.

Efficiency Strategies

Dica: Before entering Dungeon Floor 1, visit the NPC Potion Girl in Lorencia and stock up on Large Healing Potions — at least 30 units. On Floor 1 the potion consumption is moderate, but surprises happen.

Optimal Farm Cycle

1. Enter the Dungeon through the portal in Lorencia (122, 135)
2. Head to your primary Spot (see spot table above)
3. Execute the pack elimination cycle
4. Every 20–30 minutes, return to Lorencia to sell items at the Chaos Goblin or NPC shops
5. Return and continue the cycle
Nota: Your inventory fills up quickly in the Dungeon due to the high volume of low-level equipment drops. Bring only essential items and leave slots free to collect high-value drops (Jewels and level 5+ items).

Party Play

Partying on Dungeon 1F increases the EXP each member receives thanks to the group bonus. In MU Online S6, a full 5-player party can yield up to +30% over base EXP, split equally among members visible on the same screen.

The most efficient party composition for Floor 1 is:

  • 1 DK (tank / melee DPS)
  • 1 DW (AoE damage)
  • 1 Elf (buffer + support with Heal / Recovery)

Transitioning to Dungeon Floor 2

When your character reaches approximately level 50 to 55, monsters on Dungeon Floor 1 begin providing diminishing EXP (the EXP multiplier decreases when the level gap between character and monster grows too large). At that point, it is time to move to Dungeon Floor 2, accessible through the internal portal on the map at approximately coordinates (120, 120) on Floor 1.

Floor 2 features monsters between level 45 and 70, with better-quality drops including level 6–10 items and a higher frequency of Jewels.
