Wings are one of the most impactful progression systems in MU Online S6. Beyond the visual upgrade, each wing tier grants substantial bonuses to damage output, damage absorption, and attack/movement speed — making them mandatory milestones for any serious character. This guide walks through the complete path from Level 1 Wings to Level 3, including exact crafting ingredients, farm locations, and per-class breakdowns.

Level 1 Wings: Building the Foundation

Wings L1 become available once you complete your character's 1st Class Evolution quest and reach around level 150. The sole exception is the Magic Gladiator, which skips L1 Wings entirely. Crafting takes place at the Chaos Goblin NPC in Noria or Devias.

L1 Crafting Recipes by Class

DK → Wings of Satan
  → 1x Jewel of Chaos
  → 1x Jewel of Soul
→ 1x Fan of Bat (drop: Balrog, Noria zone, mob level 80-100)
  → 80,000 Zen

DW → Wings of Heaven
  → 1x Jewel of Chaos
  → 1x Jewel of Soul
→ 1x Loch's Feather (drop: Lizard King, Lost Tower, mob level 90-110)
  → 80,000 Zen

Elf → Wings of Elf
  → 1x Jewel of Chaos
  → 1x Jewel of Soul
→ 1x Dragon's Scale (drop: Shadow of Kundun, Tarkan, mob level 100-110)
  → 80,000 Zen

DL → Cape of Lord (cloak, not a wing)
  → 1x Jewel of Chaos
  → 1x Jewel of Soul
→ 1x Horn of Uniria (obtained during Invasion Crisis events)
  → 80,000 Zen

Summoner → Wings of Despair
  → 1x Jewel of Chaos
  → 1x Jewel of Soul
→ 1x Crest of Monarch (drop: Kundun, Icarus, mob level 110+)
  → 80,000 Zen

> [!TIP] > Always stock 3 to 5 copies of the class-specific drop item (Fan of Bat, Loch's Feather, etc.) BEFORE spending Jewels. The class item has a low drop rate and failed combinations consume all ingredients. Having spares means you keep rolling without needing to re-farm after every loss.

Wings L1 provide a base 10% damage absorption plus class-specific speed bonuses. Equip them as soon as possible — the survivability difference, especially in solo content from levels 150 to 220, is immediately noticeable.

Level 2 Wings: The Major Power Spike

Wings L2 are a significant leap in power and require completion of the 2nd Class Evolution quest (again, MG starts here with its first wings). Recommended character level: 220+.

L2 Crafting Requirements

All characters:
→ 1x Wings L1 (minimum +9, Lucky option strongly recommended)
  → 1x Jewel of Chaos
  → 1x Jewel of Creation
  → 1x Class-specific ingredient (see below)
  → 10,000,000 Zen

Class-specific ingredients:
DK (Blade Knight) → Broken Sword
DW (Soul Master) → Tear of Elf
Elf (Muse Elf) → Tear of Elf
MG (Duel Master) → Soul of Battle
DL (Lord Emperor) → Dragon Tear
Summoner (Bloody Summ.) → Crest of Monarch x2

> [!WARNING] > The Wings L1 placed in the combination are destroyed regardless of success or failure. Never attempt this combination with Wings lower than +9. Success rates by upgrade level: +9 ~60-65%, +11 ~68%, +13 ~75%, +15 ~82%. The Zen and Jewel cost is fixed — invest in upgrading your L1 Wings first.

Where to Farm L2 Ingredients

  • Broken Sword: drops from Dark Knight (Icarus, mob level 115-130) and from Kundun on Normal and Hard difficulty
  • Tear of Elf: drops from Elf Soldier (Crywolf, mob level 105-120) and from Elf mobs in Kalima 5-6
  • Soul of Battle: exclusive drop in Tarkan and Icarus from mobs level 100-130
  • Dragon Tear: drops from Dragon in Icarus (mob level 120-135) and from boss Selupan
  • Jewel of Creation: crafted at Chaos Goblin using 5x Jewel of Life

Wings L2 grant 20% damage absorption and increase primary skill damage by 10-15% depending on class. The Dark Lord receives an additional CMD-related bonus on his Cape of Emperor that enhances Spirit Soldier damage scaling.

Level 3 Wings: The S6 Endgame Pinnacle

Wings L3 are the strongest wings tier available in Season 6 and require a 3rd Class Evolution character (Blade Master, Grand Master, High Elf, Duel Master, Lord Emperor, or Dimension Master) at a minimum recommended level of 380.

Nota: There are no Level 4 Wings and no Flame of Condor in Season 6. This is a factual cap for this version of the game. Any mention of "Wings L4" refers to later seasons and does not apply here. The L3 combination is the final step in this progression path.

L3 Crafting Materials

All characters:
  → 1x Wings L2 (minimum +9, +13 strongly recommended)
  → 1x Jewel of Chaos
  → 1x Jewel of Creation
  → 1x Condor Feather
→ 30x Jewel of Soul (or bundle equivalent)
  → 380,000,000 Zen

Condor Feather — how to obtain:
→ Rare drop from: Selupan (boss), Kundun (Hell difficulty), Dark Elf (Kalima 7)
→ Alternative craft: 20x Jewel of Bless + 20x Jewel of Soul + 1x Jewel of Chaos

L3 Success Rates

Wings L2 upgrade level directly determines success chance:

Wings L2 +9 → approx. 50% success
Wings L2 +11 → approx. 60% success
Wings L2 +13 → approx. 70% success
Wings L2 +15 → approx. 80% success

Prioritize upgrading your Wings L2 as high as possible before attempting the L3 combination. At 380 million Zen per attempt, each failure is extremely costly.

> [!TIP] > Form a group of 3-4 players to farm Kalima 7 and split the Condor Feathers. The drop rate from Dark Elf is approximately 0.3% per kill. Coordinating with others dramatically cuts individual farm time. Assign one player to track feather drops and distribute them fairly using in-party agreements before you start.

Enhancing Your Wings L3

Crafting is only the beginning. Use Jewels of Life to roll additional options on your Wings L3:

  • Damage Absorption option: reduces incoming damage by up to 8% beyond the base value
  • Damage Increase option: increases damage dealt by 8-12%
  • Ignore Defense option: chance to bypass target defense (rarest and most valuable roll)

Use Jewels of Bless and Soul to push your Wings L3 to +15 (the upgrade cap) before investing heavily in option rolls via Jewel of Life. Higher base upgrade level on the wings improves the floor of your option rolls.

Perguntas frequentes

Can all classes craft Level 1 Wings?

No. The Magic Gladiator (MG) has no Level 1 Wings and skips the 1st and 2nd class quests entirely. MG wings start at Level 2.

What is the Chaos Goblin success rate for Wings L1?

The base success rate is approximately 70-75%. Items with the Lucky option do not directly improve this rate, but Lucky-option items improve general Chaos combination success.

Does the Flame of Condor exist in S6?

No. The Flame of Condor and Level 4 Wings progression do not exist in Season 6. Level 3 Wings are the highest tier available.

Does the Dark Lord need the CMD stat to equip Wings?

No, CMD (Command) is not required to equip the Cape of Lord or Cape of Emperor. However, CMD directly boosts Spirit Soldier effectiveness and should be maintained in your stat build.
