Why Drop Optimization Matters

In MU Online S6, the server economy revolves around three pillars: Jewels (Bless, Soul, Life, Creation), Excellent items with strong attributes, and Ancient items. The difference between a player who progresses quickly and one who stagnates almost always comes down to farming efficiency — not total time played.

This guide covers the best spots by level range, the most efficient farm builds, the drop hierarchy by map, and strategies to maximize every hour of gameplay.

Understanding the S6 Drop System

Each monster has a fixed drop table with set probabilities. The factors you control are:

  • Monster level: higher-level monsters have access to higher-tier items in the drop table
  • Kill speed: killing more monsters per hour increases the number of drop attempts
  • Map: each map has a specific item pool — Atlans drops water-type items, Tarkan drops fire-type items, etc.
  • Luck on equipment: does not directly affect drop rate, but increases Critical hits → more kills per hour
Nota: Excellent items can appear from any monster, but the probability increases significantly with monster level. Monsters below level 50 rarely generate useful Excellent items.

Level 1–80: Lorencia and Noria (Beginner)

Main spot: Lorencia, central area (150,130) — Bull Fighter, Hound, Elite Bull Fighter Relevant drops: Jewel of Bless (low), common leather and iron items

At this stage, the focus is leveling — not farming. Do not waste time hunting Excellent items here.

Priority from level 1–80:
→ Kill Bull Fighter (lv 24) in Lorencia until level 40
→ Move to Noria: Stone Golem (lv 50) and Beetle Monster (lv 44)
→ Move to Devias: Ice Monster (lv 68) and Assassin (lv 74) from level 60 onwards

Level 80–200: Dungeon and Lost Tower

Dungeon 3 spot: Lizard Warrior (lv 78), Poison Bull Fighter (lv 76) — area (120,100) Relevant drops: Jewel of Bless, Jewel of Soul, mid-level armors

Lost Tower 4–5 spot: Poison Shadow (lv 92), Death Angel (lv 94) Relevant drops: Excellent with low attributes, occasional Jewel of Life

Dica: In Lost Tower 5 and 6, Death Twin (lv 100) and Chaos Castle Monster (lv 98) have a slightly better drop table. If you can survive here at level 150+, your Jewel income rises by about 30% compared to Dungeon 3.

Level 200–350: Atlans and Tarkan

Atlans 3 spot: Sea Worm (lv 107), Lizard King (lv 112) — area (130,50) Relevant drops: Tridents+, Legendary Sets, Excellent with water attributes

Tarkan 2 spot: Iron Rider (lv 115), Tantalos (lv 117) — area (200,50) Relevant drops: Fire Excellent (Dragon Armor Set), Jewel of Soul, high-level items

Efficient rotation in Tarkan 2:
→ Position yourself between (190,45) and (215,60)
→ Kill Iron Rider and Tantalos in a loop
→ Return to Chaos Machine when inventory is 80% full
→ Do not let items pile up — floor drops disappear after ~60 seconds
Atenção: Tarkan has the Balgass Boss. When Crywolf FAILS, Balgass invades and drops Loch's Feather — essential for Wing Level 3. Monitor the Crywolf event status on your server.

Level 350–500+: Aida and Karutan (Endgame)

Aida 1 spot: Plasma Bull (lv 115), Shadow Pawn (lv 112) — area (75,165) Relevant drops: Multi-slot Excellent items, Ancient Items (low chance)

Karutan 1 spot: Kundun Follower (lv 120), Venomous Chain Scorpion (lv 118) Relevant drops: Endgame Excellent, Gemstone, Jewel of Harmony

Karutan 2 spot: Kundun Follower Elite (lv 125) Relevant drops: Highest-tier Excellent, full Ancient sets (rare)

Nota: Karutan 2 is the map with the highest concentration of high-end drops in S6. You need level 380+ and solid equipment to farm here consistently.

Builds for Efficient Farming

Blade Master — STR/Tank Farm (best survivability)

Stat distribution at level 400:

  • STR: 600
  • AGI: 200
  • VIT: 200
  • ENE: 30 (minimum to use skills)

Recommended farm equipment:

  • Weapon: Dark Bringer +11 or higher, or Sword Dancer +9 with Luck
  • Armor: Dark Phoenix Set +9 or Dragon Knight Set +9 (both with Defense option)
  • Wings: Wing of Storm (Wing Level 2) for solo, Wing of Dragon (L3) for endgame

Why it works: High STR delivers consistent physical damage. AGI 200 provides decent attack speed without sacrificing HP. VIT 200 lets you absorb hits in Tarkan/Aida without constant potion use.

High Elf — AGI Archer (best kill speed)

Stat distribution at level 400:

  • STR: 100 (minimum for equipment requirements)
  • AGI: 700
  • VIT: 150
  • ENE: 100 (for Triple Shot and Infinity Arrow)

Recommended farm equipment:

  • Bow: Sylph Wind Bow +11 or higher with Luck+Speed
  • Armor: Spirit Set +9 or Wind Set +9
  • Farm skill: Triple Shot (high rate, covers area)
  • Wings: Wing of Illusion (Level 2) or Wing of Ruin (Level 3)
Dica: A High Elf with Infinity Arrow active never consumes arrows. Position yourself in a dense monster area and loop Triple Shot — the area coverage beats any melee class at this AGI level.

Grand Master — ENE Farm (best AoE, most fragile)

Stat distribution at level 400:

  • STR: 60 (minimum)
  • AGI: 60 (minimum)
  • VIT: 150
  • ENE: 900+

Farm skill: Nova (massive AoE damage), Chain Lightning for groups

VIT 150 is the minimum to avoid being one-shot in Aida. Grand Master struggles in spots with many melee monsters — prefer maps where you can maintain distance.

Jewel Strategy: Where to Farm Each One

JewelBest SourceMethod
Jewel of BlessDevil Square (lv 4–6)Daily event
Jewel of SoulLost Tower 5, Tarkan 2Continuous farm
Jewel of LifeChaos Castle (event), Atlans 3Event + farm
Jewel of CreationRare drops on any map lv 100+Accumulate and sell
Jewel of HarmonyKarutan 1–2Endgame farm
GemstoneKarutan 2, KanturuHigh-end farm
Dica: Devil Square Level 5 and 6 is the most efficient source of Jewel of Bless per hour of gameplay. If the server resets the event every 2 hours, participate every time — the collective gain surpasses any solo farming.

Maximizing Excellent Items

Excellent items have 2 random attributes from a fixed list. For farming, the most valuable attributes are:

  • Increase Attack Speed +7: universal value, works on any class
  • Excellent Damage Increase +10%: for physical classes (DK, MG)
  • Excellent Wizardry +10%: for magic classes (DW, Summoner)
  • Mana Recovery after Kill: reduces mana potion consumption
Priority for dropped Excellent items:
→ 2 good attributes → use or sell high
→ 1 good + 1 weak attribute → use for farming or sell mid
→ 2 weak attributes → put into Chaos Machine for materials
→ NEVER discard without reading the attributes — click and read
Atenção: Many players discard bad Excellent items without realizing one attribute has sell value. ALWAYS check before deleting or using in the Chaos Machine.

Daily Farm Routine for Maximum Drops

A well-structured 2-hour session yields more than 4 hours of random farming:

2-hour routine:
→ 00:00 — Check server events (Blood Castle, Devil Square, Chaos Castle)
→ 00:05 — Join the first available event (prioritize Devil Square)
→ 00:30 — Farm at your main spot (Tarkan 2 or Aida 1 depending on level)
→ 01:15 — Process inventory at Chaos Machine: combine useless Jewels
→ 01:20 — Second available event or return to spot
→ 01:50 — Sell/trade accumulated items before ending session
→ 02:00 — Note what dropped to adjust spot for next session
Nota: Monitoring Crywolf status is essential if you need Loch's Feather for Wing L3. When the event fails, Balgass appears in Tarkan — and each Balgass kill has a chance to drop the Feather.

Common Mistakes That Reduce Drops

  1. Farming in a map below your level: monsters far below your character level have a penalized drop rate. Always target monsters no more than 30 levels below yours.
  1. Ignoring inventory management: a full inventory causes you to lose drops — the item appears on the floor but disappears within seconds if nobody picks it up.
  1. Overspending on potions: if you spend more on potions than the value of drops, the spot is wrong for your current equipment level.
  1. Skipping events: Blood Castle and Devil Square have guaranteed loot that no solo farming can replicate in efficiency.
  1. Discarding Excellent items without reading attributes: an Excellent with Increase Attack Speed can be worth 50–100 Jewels of Bless on the market.
Dica: Set a fixed schedule for daily events. Consistent event participation combined with 1–2 hours of regular farming produces better results than long, irregular sessions.

Perguntas frequentes

Which class gets the most drops in MU Online S6?

There is no class-based drop bonus — what matters is kill speed and your ability to farm high-level monsters without dying. Blade Master (Full STR) and High Elf (AGI) are the most efficient solo farmers because of their high attack speed and reasonable survivability.

Do Excellent items drop on every map?

Yes, but the chance is extremely low in early maps like Lorencia and Noria. Starting from Dungeon Floor 3 (monsters lv 60+) the rate becomes noticeable. In Tarkan, Aida, and Karutan — with monsters lv 100–115 — Excellent items with good attributes appear much more frequently.

Is Luck on equipment worth it for farming?

Luck adds a 5% Critical chance for most classes, which increases DPS and kill speed. For farming, yes — equipment with +Luck speeds up kills, especially on Blade Knight/Blade Master and STR Duel Master.

What is the difference between Devil Square Jewel drops and regular farming?

Devil Square concentrates large numbers of monsters in a small area and guarantees Jewel drops at the end of each round for all participants. It is the most efficient method for accumulating Jewels of Bless and Jewels of Soul per hour, outperforming solo farming on open maps.
